Yoga and all the ancient practices of yoga were meant to be shared freely and to be accessible to everyone. Unfortunately, at yoga studios across the US, there is a huge lack of integrity, accessibility, and inclusion with how these practices are being shared. In 2018 Aubrey Dietrich, with the help and support of her family (The Dietrich 6) founded Heart & Soul Farm, aka HSF. HSF is a yoga sanctuary comprised of a yoga studio, microfarm, and homestead located in the quaint rural town of Pine Village, Indiana. Aubrey, is committed to compassionate connection and growth and with well over 20 years of formally practicing yoga in this lifetime and multiple professional yoga certifications under her yoga belt, she is the lead yoga facilitator at HSF. Aubrey is at the point in her yoga practice where she lives, breathes, and literally eats yoga and she loves to inspire and empower others to be able to do the same. Aubrey’s mission and the mission of HSF is to provide a space where any-body has the ability to practice, share, and experience yoga. To do this, we facilitate and host a large variety of unique yoga practice offerings, gatherings, and events honoring all eight limbs of yoga. ALL of our yoga offerings are free-will donation only and accessible to all ages and fitness levels. Currently, we fund our offerings through any donations we receive, funds from workshops/events, and we use our farm to mindfully make and locally sell a variety of yoga inspired products, baked goods, and produce from our micro-farm.
